MVMNT utilizes hourly pricing for the success of our stylists, the business as a whole, and the inclusiveness of our clients.  

We separate parts & labor using salon scale. 

Our eco fee to support salon recycling is tracked in salon scale. 

Freedom of schedule 

MVMNT believes in autonomy.

You are in charge of your schedule & your clients. 

You are not required to sit around the salon when you do not have clients scheduled, no requesting time off, and no folding towels for hours 😎

You chose the hair you want to do

You choose your focus. 

As a creative business, it doesn't make sense to us to restrict or force services you are not interested in. 

While we do our best to be an inclusive environment to all people, not everyone specializes in all services. 

Clean & Clear Commissions

You make a clean 45% from your service revenue. No hidden fees or color tax.

Any mandatory meetings or education you are paid an hourly rate for.

All at home care sales are commissioned at 15%. We use and prescribe ORIBE in salon, and also have affiliate links for Hairstory, R+Co, and KEVIN.MURPHY. 

Available Coaching & Education

We put a lot of emphasis personal growth as well as professional. 

Monthly coaching is an available tool to our stylists, as well as more expanded coaching options at a special rate. 

We provide color education on the color line used in salon, as well as technical education. 

We strongly encourage investing in your career, and seeking education outside of what is offered.
